MEAT STUFFED ROLLS | |
1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 med. onion or 4 - 5 green onions 1 lg. bell pepper 8 hard boiled eggs 1 sm. can chopped olives 1 jar pimentos Salt, pepper, garlic salt, to your taste 1 tsp. cumin, to your taste Cook hamburger, onion and bell pepper until done; set aside. In large bowl grate eggs, cheese; add olives, pimentos. Add warm meat mixture to this and mix well. Cut rolls in half and fill. Wrap in foil and keep in refrigerator until ready to heat. Put in preheated oven 350 degrees 15 to 30 minutes. These rolls are only good warm. You can also freeze these; be sure to thaw before heating. Makes 18 to 20 stuffed rolls. Use bakery hard rolls. |
