MEAT LOAF WELLINGTON 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef gravy
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. sm. bread cubes
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
Generous dash of pepper
5 refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Combine 1/2 cup gravy with beef, bread cubes, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Shape firmly into 7x3 inch loaf; place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Separate rolls; place crosswise over the top and down the sides of the meat loaf, overlapping slightly. Bake 15 more minutes. Meanwhile, heat remaining gravy. Serve with loaf. Yields: 4-6 servings.
