ORIENTAL TOSSED SALAD 
1/2 of a 6 oz. pkg. frozen pea pods
4 c. torn salad greens
1/2 of an 8 oz. can sliced waterchestnuts, drained
1 tbsp. sesame seed
3 tbsp. salad oil
4 tsp. vinegar
4 tsp. dry sherry
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. soy sauce

In a colander, rinse pea pods under cold water to thaw and drain.

In a salad bowl, place pea pods, torn greens, waterchestnuts and sesame seed.

In a screw-top jar combine oil, vinegar, sherry, honey and soy sauce. Cover and shake well. Pour over salad; toss to coat.
