3/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. water
1 egg white
Little salt

Place all ingredients in double boiler and over heat and beat continually until it stand in peaks. Remove from heat and beat until slightly cool add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Good on a chocolate cake.
