ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 sm. can pineapple plus juice
3 eggs
1/2 c. coconut
2 c. ground zucchini
1 c. black walnuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until done in 9x13 inch pan.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
