3 med. sweet potatoes
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 box corn flakes
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. marshmallows

Boil potatoes in jackets until tender; peel and mash, adding spices, sugar and butter. Beat well. Roll corn flakes on wax paper. Drop a big tablespoon of potato mixture onto corn flakes. Press a marshmallow onto center and roll in corn flakes. Fry in skillet until brown and marshmallow melts. Yield: 6 servings.
