TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 1/3 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. chocolate chips

Stir cocoa and soda in mixing bowl. Stir in 1/3 cup of the oil. Add boiling water and stir until mixture thickens. Stir in sugar, eggs and remaining 1/3 cup oil; stir until smooth. Add flour, vanilla and salt. Blend completely. Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool, frost and cut into squares.

FROSTING:

1/2 stick butter, softened
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 (1 oz.) bars or sq. of Baker's chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. chocolate syrup

Beat at medium speed until spreading consistency, adding a little more milk if needed.
