APRICOT AND RAISIN PIE 
2 c. apricots
3/4 c. raisins

Combine and soak overnight. Cook together until apricots are quite soft. Place in unbaked floured pie shell. Cover with top crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes on bottom shelf of oven. Reduce heat to 400 degrees and bake until crust is brown.
