OPAL'S SALMON CASSEROLE 
1 can (16 oz.) salmon
Liquid from can plus milk to make 1 cup
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. oil
Parsley or herbs to taste
1 egg, beaten
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper

Saute onion in oil; add crumbs and crisp a little. Combine all with salmon. Bake in greased casserole from 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
