BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Longhorn cheese, shredded
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Place broccoli in greased flat baking dish. Mix together egg and soup, spread this over broccoli. Top with Longhorn cheese. Mix together butter and stuffing mix. Spread over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
