BROCCOLI OR ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. broccoli, frozen or fresh or 1 lg. can asparagus
1 pkg. frozen pearl onions or 1 med. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
Sm. amount of shredded cheese

Cook broccoli until tender. Drain and place in layers in buttered casserole dish. Cook pearl onions according to directions on package. Drain and peel the thin skin off the onions. Place on top of broccoli, sprinkle with shredded cheese. Place soup on top. May top with more cheese. Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes.
