1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
4 heaping tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
4 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
4 tbsp. celery, chopped
4 tbsp. Onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt

Mix all very well.
