HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. + tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts

Beat eggs; add butter and sugar. Mix and add chocolate and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and nuts. Bake on a greased and floured jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk

Bring to a boil and boil for 30 seconds. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and vanilla. Beat until thick.
