BROWNIE BARS TO SCREAM ABOUT | |
1 box Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix (with chips in mix) 1 Cup dark chocolate chips 1 cup white chocolate chips 1 cup butterscotch chips 1 1/4 cup melted butter 1 cup shredded coconut 1 cup chopped pecans 8 oz softened cream cheese 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Syrup Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat bottom of 13x9x2-inch glass baking pan with melted butter. Sprinkle Brownie Mix over butter. Top with all the chips, shredded coconut and chopped pecans. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk. Bake about 30 minutes or until edges are bubbly (start checking at 30minutes). Remove from oven and place on cooling rack. While brownies are still hot, carefully swirl soft cream cheese over the top; then, drizzle with chocolate syrup. Cool before cutting if you can wait! Makes about 24 brownies—Cut these into 1 ˝ inch pieces because they may be too rich for non-Sugarholics. Submitted by: Susan Cord |
