PER SERVING:

2 heaping spoonfuls brownie mix (your favorite)
1 1/2 spoonfuls water
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
chocolate syrup, for drizzling (Hershey's)

Mix brownie and water together in a small coffee mug. Put in microwave for two minutes, let it sit for a minute. Turn upside down on a plate. Pat it a couple of times until it comes out.

Tip: Right away put water in that coffee cup and let it sit to make cleaning easier (or it will get stuck on there).

To serve, put a scoop of ice cream and drizzle chocolate syrup over ice cream and on the cake too!
