BROWNIE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring to a boil, butter, water and cocoa. Add while hot, flour, sugar, salt and soda. Cream well and add sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Bake in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan for 35 minutes.

ICING FOR BROWNIE CAKE:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Bring to a boil, butter, milk and cocoa. Remove from heat, but add while hot, powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts.
