2 bags shredded coleslaw
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup real mayonnaise- not miracle whip
2 tbsp. sugar
1 green bell pepper- diced finely (optional)
1/2 medium purple onion chopped finely (optional)
salt & pepper to taste

In a small bowl mix mayo, vinegar, & sugar with a whisk until it turns into a dressing like texture. Check consistency and taste. Add bell pepper and onion if desired and salt and pepper. Check taste. Mix dressing into coleslaw until thoroughly covered.
