EGG - BEATERS 
6 egg whites
1/4 c. dry non-fat milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 to 3 drops yellow food color

Whisk together until well mixed. Store covered in refrigerator. May be used in baking recipes - 1/4 cup equals 1 egg. Very good. Scrambled or for French toast or omelets. No cholesterol.
