GUACAMOLE 
2 med. avocados, soft
1/4 to 1/3 c. sour cream or Hellmann's real mayonnaise or both
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 sm. tomato, finely chopped
Dash of red pepper to taste

Mash avocado with fork. Add other ingredients, including lemon juice. Serve immediately.

To spice up, you can add drained chopped green chilies. If you do not have a tomato you can reduce spices and add drained salsa. If you do not drain it, the dip will be runny.

Serve with taco chips or tortillas.
