NEW ENGLAND CORN STUFFING 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. stuffing mix
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in stuffing mix; set aside. In a large bowl, mix flour, milk, eggs and pepper. Stir in corn and 1/2 the stuffing mixture. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is puffed and set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
