1 box lemon cake mix
1 box pineapple pudding mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 whole eggs
1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut

Cake: Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees until done. Bake on cookie sheet or 3 layer cake pans.

Frosting: Cook over low heat until thick and add 1 cup coconut. Spread on cake immediately.
