PEA PICKIN' CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines cake mix, butter flavor (yellow)
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (and juice)
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil

WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING:

1 large Cool Whip
5 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained

Mix and beat cake mix, oranges, eggs and oil together until oranges are broken into bits. Pour into 3 (9 inch) layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cake tests done. When cake has cooled to room temperature. Fill each layer and top of cake with whipped cream frosting. Can also be baked in 2 (9 inch) cake pans and sliced into 4 layers. Do not frost sides.
