DOUBLE CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (2 c.)
4 oz. grated milk chocolate
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

In large mixer bowl cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine oats and flour; add to creamed mixture and stir well. Add chocolate pieces, grated chocolate and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
