PEPPERONI BREAD | |
1 loaf frozen bread 1 long stick pepperoni or 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni 1/2 to 3/4 Parmesan cheese 1 egg yolk 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese Defrost dough. Let dough rise, punch down, roll out. Make large round form. Put Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Parmesan cheese in center. Fold dough over and seal. Bake about 1 hour. Brush egg yolk over top. Slice and serve hot. 6 to 8 servings. |
