1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Mix together with wooden spoon. Let set 5 minutes. Shape into balls and flatten on ungreased cookie sheet with a fork. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Approximately 2 dozen.
