PINEAPPLE AU GRATIN 
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 c. (1 can) crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
2 stacks Ritz crackers

Grease pan with butter. Line dish with pineapple. Mix flour and sugar together. Pour this mixture over pineapple. Cover with grated cheese. Dice butter and place over cheese. Crumble Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with pork.
