JELLIED WALDORF SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 3/4 c. cold water
4 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. coarsely diced unpeeled red apples
1/2 c. coarsely diced celery
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. seedless raisins

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in cold water and lemon juice; chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg white. Fold in apples, celery, walnuts, green pepper and raisins. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart gelatin mold or individual molds. Chill several hours, until set. Unmold onto a serving plate.
