EVELYN'S SOUR CREAM STRAWBERRY
JELLIED SALAD
 
3 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 to 1 1/4 c. frozen strawberries, cut up
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain well
1/2 pt. sour cream

Dissolve 3 packages Jello in boiling water. Stir well. Add frozen berries and stir until thawed. Add pineapple and mix well. Put 1/2 of mixture in mold pan. Chill until set. (Use freezer if you want.) Then spread sour cream over and add the remainder of Jello mixture on top. Chill until set.
