JELLY SALAD 
1 Jello, lemon or pineapple
1 c. boiling water

Stir well and cool slightly, then add:

1 c. grated carrot 1 c. cottage cheese 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. canned milk 1 tsp. chopped onion

Mix well and refrigerate to set.
