APPLE-ORANGE SLAW | |
1 1/2 c. cabbage (sliced up) 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can unsweetened mandarin oranges (drained) 1 lg. apple (red delicious and diced) 1/2 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt 1 tbsp. brown sugar Place first 3 ingredients in bowl and combine. Set aside. Combine yogurt and brown sugar and mix well. Then mix with other ingredients. Cover and chill for 1 hour. |
