ZUCCHINI-APPLE SLAW 
Dressing:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. caraway seeds

Combine the above ingredients; mix until well blended.

Salad:

1 large zucchini, shredded
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
2 or 3 med. size red or green skinned tart apples, cored & cut into 1/2" chunks
Salt and pepper

Combine. Pour dressing over and mix lightly until well coated. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 4 hours. With a slotted spoon transfer salad to a serving bowl.

Serves 6.
