1/2 c. white or rose' wine
1/2 c. golden raisins
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 red Delicious & 1 green apple, cored & diced
1/2 head cabbage
1/2 c. lemon dressing

Warm wine; add raisins and set aside to cool. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice, then add cooled raisin-wine mixture and chopped cabbage. Toss with lemon dressing and chill before serving.
