PORK CHOP BARBECUE 
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
6 (1/2 in. thick) rib pork chops
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1 slice lemon
1 1/2 tsp. peppers

Mix water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Add lemon and onion. Simmer 20 minutes. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and Liquid Smoke. Bring to a boil. Place chops in baking dish and pour sauce over them. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Turn chops once during this time. Also great of pork ribs.
