ELDERBERRY JAM | |
2 qts. elderberries, crushed 6 c. sugar 1/4 c. vinegar Combine berries, sugar and vinegar. Bring slowly to boiling, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves. Cook rapidly until thick. As mixture thickens, stir frequently to prevent sticking. Yield 3 pints. |
