SPARE RIBS 
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 med. onions, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne
3 lbs. spare ribs with salt & pepper

Mix first 11 ingredients. Pour over spare ribs, cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours at low heat in iron skillet. Remove lid and cook 20 minutes longer.
