CORNED BEEF-CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 head cabbage (lg. head) 4-5 med. potatoes (cut up) 1 onion (chopped) 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef 1 can cream of celery soup Bring cabbage, potatoes and onion to boil on stove top. Cook until crisp tender (about 10-12 minutes). Drain off water. Place cabbage mixture in baking dish. Add a little butter if desired. Sprinkle with pepper. Crumble corned beef on top. Spread undiluted celery soup on top. Cover and bake 350 degrees for approximately 30-40 minutes. |
