CHICKEN IN ORANGE SAUCE 
2 whole broiler chickens, cut up
salt, to taste
paprika, to taste
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 1/2 c. orange juice
1 orange, peeled and sectioned

Season cut up chicken parts with salt and paprika. Brown in butter then set aside. To the juices of the chicken stir in flour, sugar, dry mustard, cinnamon and ginger. When mixed, slowly add orange juice. Mix, add chicken, cover and cook 1/2 hour. Add orange sections to chicken and cook 10 minutes more.
