3 lbs. bag apples
1 pkg. yellow butter recipe cake mix
Sugar
Cinnamon

Peel, core and chunk all apples. Pour in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to cover all apple pieces. Mix the cake mix according to the directions on the box. Pour over apples. Bake according to directions on box. Add an extra 10 minutes or so, until a toothpick comes out clean.
