VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
2 c. celery, cut in 1 inch strips
2 c. carrots, cut in 1 inch strips
2 c. sliced onions
2 c. canned green beans, drained
2 c. coarsely chopped tomatoes
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca

Combine all ingredients in large casserole. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until vegetables are tender.
