TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Bake potatoes until very soft. Slice off tops and scoop out potato. Arrange skins in baking dish.

Mash potato, sour cream, milk, and butter. Spoon back into potato skin. Sprinkle well with Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven, broil until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
