Potatoes
Milk
Salt
Margar ine
Cheez Whiz
Pepper

Bake the potatoes in the microwave until done. Scoop out the potato leaving a shell. Mash the potatoes with milk and butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let cool slightly. Add Cheez Whiz and fill shells with this mixture. Reheat in the microwave. I make double portions of these and wrap them with foil after they are cool. They reheat and freeze well. Great for fast vegetable.
