LOW CAL COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1 box sugar free Jello (any flavor)
1 c. hot water
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 packets artificial sweetener (if desired)

In a blender blend the Jello and hot water until dissolved. Add cottage cheese and blend. Then add skim milk, vanilla and salt. Blend until there are no lumps.

Pour into a 9 inch pie pan and refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm.

Four pieces (one quarter of the mixture) which is equal to 1 protein and 1/16 cup of milk.

Serve as a salad for lunch or dinner.
