FAT HARRY'S COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 sm. green pepper, diced
1 sm. zucchini, grated
1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. dill weed

Saute mushrooms, peppers and zucchini in 3 tablespoons butter until soft. Cook spinach and drain. Mix cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, eggs, oil and dill weed and pour into 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
