1 lb. cottage cheese
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Nutmeg & butter

Beat eggs and add to cottage cheese. Mix flour and sugar; add to cottage cheese and egg mixture. Add milk and mix. Pour into pie crust and bake in 400 degree oven until set. Nutmeg and butter can be sprinkled on top before baking.
