COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1 1/4 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 pinch salt
Cinnamon
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
9" pie crust

Mix cheese, milk, eggs, sugar and salt; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Reduce to 350 degrees and bake about 40 minutes until firm.
