COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1 lb. sm. curd cottage cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tbsp. melted butter
9" unbaked pie shell

Mix sugar, egg yolks, flour and cheese; add vanilla and butter. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into cheese mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
