CHICKEN-BROCCOLI BAKE 
4 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. cooked broccoli (frozen or fresh)
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Dash of salt and pepper
2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 egg, beaten

1. Let one can of crescent rolls come to room temperature. Press into bottom of greased 10x15 pan. Bake crust at 375 degrees for 6 minutes.

2. Mix remaining ingredients (except second can of rolls) together well. Spoon over baked crust.

3. Roll out second can of rolls and cut into strips. Form a lattice top over chicken mixture, being sure to seal ends.

4. Brush beaten egg over lattice top. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 minutes, or until golden brown on top.

Makes a great brunch or company lunch!
