ITALIAN-STYLE BEEF STEW 
3 lb. beef stewing cubes
2 (16 oz.) bags frozen mixed vegetables
1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. frozen onion
1 (1.5 oz.) envelope beef stew seasoning mix

Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours or high 5 hours.

Makes about 4 quarts.
