CREAMY PEAS & POTATOES 
Boiled new potatoes (12 very sm.)
Fresh or frozen green peas (1 c.)
1 tsp. sugar (to taste)
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

MEDIUM WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk

Double as needed.

Make white sauce. Add peeled and chunked potatoes and green peas. Season with remaining ingredients. This is easily doubled and is an excellent way to use leftover oiled potatoes or peas. Use your own judgment as to the amounts.
