CREAMY PEA SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp whole basil leaves
1/2 c. sour cream
9 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/2 c. cashews, coarsely chopped
Lettuce leaves

Combine first 7 ingredients, stirring gently, chill 3-5 hours. When ready to serve, stir in bacon and cashew and serve on lettuce leaves.
